The power of Music and the power of Now coming together to create a transformative sound-based relaxation and meditation experience in a unique studio setting on the banks of the river Liffey at Islandbridge.

No previous experience is necessary to join this sound bath - all are welcome, however places are extremely limited so early booking is advised.

Essential: Please bring a mat or towel to lie on, a blanket, a pillow or cushion, and comfortable clothing.
